This coffee is produced in the municipality of Western Higlands in the Province of Simbu, Wahgi region.
87% of the total production comes from small plantations that are located at an altitude of 5000 meters, cultivated by indigenous people and only the remaining in large estates and cooperatives.
Coffee full bodied, sweet with slightly acidic aftertaste in the cup, hints of licorice and cereals.
