The warm air currents coming from the isthmus of Tehuatepec encountering cold air blowing into the mountains of the Cuchumatanes, allows the crops to an altidute of 1900 meters.
Guatemala is the seventh largest producer of coffee in the volcanic regions of Antigua, Atitlan, San Marcos and Fraijanes and the mountainous region of Huehuetenango.
Single-origin Guatemala Antigua Pastores, known for its rich and personal aroma with a pronounced richness and a fine acidity reminiscent of exotic fruit and tropical flowers.
Being an arabica coffee it does not present a significant cream, but it is streaked with light brown color with lighter nuances slightly more pronounced to make it unique in its kind.
To prevailing taste are the ones of tobacco, vanilla, almonds and the sweet taste of caramelized citrus, making it particularly light, elegant, fine with a hint of spices and walnut in a persistent aftertaste.
WORKING PROCES: manually collected, washed and dried in the sun.
